New contract to Tinfos

The landowners at Stårheim have entered into an agreement with Tinfos AS for the lease of waterfall rights to the Stårheim power plant in Stad municipality. Planned construction of the power plant is in 2023-2024.

The Stårheim power plant will exploit a hight of 214 m and has an expected annual production of approx. 12 GWh. The power plant will consist of a concrete dam with intake, about 2.7 km of pressure pipe and a power station with a pelton turbine.
